Wouldn't buy from them again
We ordered 20x25 filters for a customer. When we got them they we 20wide and 25 high which was opposite what we need. They also didn't carry the ones I needed and so they suggested returning them. First off in hood cleaning business the first number is always the height...always... they do business backwards so they can get people to buy the filters. When you try and return something you spent a good amount of money on they have fees which mean you only get back a little plus paying to return means you get zero. It's a ripoff! Don't waste you're time. Go with a trusted company!
