Its melamine and bamboo fiber composition is durable enough for commercial settings and resistant to most minor damage. The bowl can safely be washed in commercial dishmachines, but should not be microwaved because it may chip or peel. The GET BAM-1186 BambooMel bowl's speckled bamboo color enables it to fit into most place settings.
