EXACTLY what I was looking for!
I was a little concerned about buying these online because I didn't want flimsy metal. These are not flimsy at all! They sit firmly in place in the pan and the stainless steel handle makes it easy to pull out. The handle also folds down, making them easy to store in a utensil drawer. Just make sure to always use butter or cooking spray on the inside every time or the egg will stick. I'm a happy camper!
