Lodge HMSRC Description
The Lodge HMSRC mini server has a versatile size and style that can be used for cooking and serving, and it's well-suited for appetizers, entrees, desserts, and hot and cold recipes. Great for oven-to-table service, this dish is stove-top, induction, grill, and campfire safe. Seasoned with 100 percent natural vegetable oil, the material has a natural, nonstick easy-release surface. Seasoning the pan doesn’t create a coating; instead, it changes the molecular makeup of the surface to help prevent oxidation. Made with a patented heat-treating process that inhibits rusting, this dish can be washed in a warewasher, but washing it by hand will preserve its nonstick properties for long-term use.
