The Fleetwood Skymsen vertical broiler/gyro machine is designed for display cooking and built for fast food and Mediterranean-style restaurants. This broiler provides high performance broiling for a crisp, juicy and flavorful taste and is perfect for today's diverse menu selections. This product features a full rotisserie rod for maximum control of broiling speeds and accommodates a variety of up to 75 lbs. of meat products. The adjustable sliding spit allows for precise back and forth adjustments that can help keep even the smallest pieces of meat hot and juicy. In addition to these features, the entire vertical broiler/gyro machine is easily disassembled for ease in cleaning.
