The Gold Medal 4211C twin caramel apple dip warmer is a great addition to a concession stand, school event, or sporting event as it can operate at high volumes for frequent use. Using a hot water bath, this unit melts caramel in just two hours so apples on a stick or apple slices can be dipped. It can also be used to heat cheese for nachos or chocolate for a variety applications.
Because the Gold Medal 4211C high-output caramel apple dip warmer has two sections, it produces double the output of a single vat. In addition, it can also facilitate multitasking: One section can melt new ingredients while the other can be used to dip apples and get them ready to serve.
