The Gold Medal 1346 Hawaii’s Finest® flavor concentrate provides a tropical coconut flavor for shaved ice and snow cone applications. Packaged in a 1-quart container, this concentrate is designed for mixing into syrup in concession stands, snack bars, and event service operations. Its concentrated formula supports controlled dilution while helping maintain consistent flavor across each prepared batch.
Mixing instructions:
To make 1 gallon of product: Use 4 oz. of concentrate + 5 to 6 pounds of sugar + 1 gallon of water. Mix well.
