Vollrath 99873 Description
To improve user safety and simplify transport, the Vollrath 99873 chafer dome cover has a Kool-Touch® nylon handle. The cover's rectangular structure is compatible with a 99860 Dakota™ full-size chafer, retaining temperatures until service while keeping out contaminants. To match other pieces of serving equipment, it's made of rust- and corrosion-resistant 18/8 stainless steel.
