Works great but . . .
Somehow between the "Cold-Bar Jockey's" and the dish pit , the stainless component that has the latch , seems to get lost . With this piece missing , the entire apparatus is rendered useless . So now i'm tig welding a small bridge over the opening where it slips into the assembly so it can't come out . Harder to clean but . . . Also the pin on that latch is a weak point and breaks easily , thus also needing weld repair . We have also attached an extra handle too each lid rim so that the customers do not have to reach so far beneath the sneeze guard . Charles , Ashland Food Cooperative .
