Because it has a one-piece design made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the Vollrath 4987520 ladle is durable and simple to clean. Its handle is protected with a Kool-Touch™ coating to protect users from burns, and an antimicrobial treatment inhibits the growth of bacteria to optimize sanitation. Measuring 1 2⁄3 inches in diameter, this bowl has a 3⁄4-ounce capacity. The handle is stamped with capacity indicators to facilitate precise portions.
