The Vollrath 4980655 ladle enables portion control to reduce food waste. Its 6-ounce bowl measures 3 1⁄2 inches in diameter, and the teal handle supports color-coded sizing systems. To preserve the handle's color, the unit is color safe in temperatures as high as 225 degrees Fahrenheit. An all-natural antimicrobial agent is built into the unit to slow the growth of bacteria, and it has a one-piece, crevice-free construction that reduces debris buildup.
