Vollrath 47710 Description
The Vollrath 47710 griddle stone is made of a rigid glass composition that's noncombustible and safely removes stuck-on grease and debris from the griddle grate without marring the surface. It doesn't retain grease buildup or foul odors, so this item can be used and reused many times. An optional aluminum handle provides additional control when cleaning the grill, though the griddle stone can be used effectively without a handle.
