Vollrath HDCCB-36 Description
The Vollrath HDCCB-36 full-service countertop heated display case has a metal base and transparent glass sides that are double-paned, argon-filled, and sealed for heat retention. The glass doors on the back can be slid back for access to the interior and lifted away for easy cleaning. The case has two floating shelves that can be adjusted as needed to store and display heated foods.
The metal pieces in the Vollrath HDCCB-36 countertop heated display case are black to suit any decorative theme. The heated case is illuminated with interior LED lights to increase the visibility of the contents. The case operates using electricity and works to hold internal temperature between 104 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
