Vollrath 40734 Description
Food storage is facilitated by the Vollrath 40734 Cayenne® self-service countertop heated display case. The straight-glass front has locking doors—as does the rear of the unit—providing the user a choice between customer or employee operation. Shelves can be adjusted at will to accommodate different kinds of products. The case’s humidification equipment works well to moisturize food and give it a more pleasant look. If additional humidity is needed, the included water pan can be slid onto the bottom. Heat and lights can be operated independently.

I would buy this product again
A great looking and nice display for the ready to eat food we offer. We did have a problem installing one of the side glass panels because ample room at the top of the unit was not there to slide the panel into. However, we did manage to finally get it in.
