Vollrath 40733 Description
Food display is the primary function of the Vollrath 40733 Cayenne® self-service countertop heated display case. Its straight-glass face is part of a lockable front and rear door set, giving users the choice of customer self-service or employee management. Baked goods can rest on three adjustable shelves, and internal humidifying technology maintains the state and look of the product. To prevent messes from additional humidity, a water pan is included for the bottom. All the shelves are adjustable, and the lights and heat are controlled independently.
