The Vollrath 23854 vacuum sealer bag is designed to accommodate sous vide cooking. Its reduced oxygen packaging is made of low-density polyethylene and the vacuum seal keeps air and water out of the bag for proper food immersion. This BPA-free bag can be used to cook in temperatures up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit safely.
