For convenience, the Pitco BNB-SSH55 bread and batter cabinet is designed to sit beside a Pitco SSH55 fryer, matching the size to keep the kitchen tidy. By keeping the units together, operators can immediately place foods in the fryer after breading them. The recessed pan offers a space for breaded chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks to sit while they wait to be cooked, and the removable drain screen catches crumbs.
The Pitco BNB-SSH55 bread and batter cabinet has a storage shelf that holds equipment, breading, and non-perishable ingredients within arm's reach. Sitting on 9-inch adjustable legs, employees can sweep the floor underneath the cabinet. Its front, sides, and door are made of resilient stainless steel, and its back is made of durable aluminized steel.
