Pitco A4514701 Description
This Pitco A4514701 MEGAFRY fryer basket is made of steel for durability and has an uncoated handle for the user to grasp when lifting and lowering the fry basket into vats of hot oil. Because the handle is uncoated, it has increased heat resistance; however, it also can become very hot during use and may require operators to use a potholder to lift it. The fry basket has a front hook to simplify storage and oil draining.
