American Metalcraft WRPC5713 Description
Due to its traditional cylinder shape, the American Metalcraft WRPC5713 rolling pin can be used to flatten and shape dough. It works well in sandwich shops, bakeries, and pizzerias, and the wood construction provides a lightweight, affordable alternative to aluminum. Unlike aluminum, the wood doesn't have nonstick properties, so dough may stick to it during prep.

Rolling Pin
I use it for rolling out strombolie and calsone dough. It works great and because of the large circumference it rolls out easier than my old one.
