The American Metalcraft 19033 pizza pan rack is designed to accommodate pizzas measuring 16 to 23 inches in diameter and up to 2 1⁄4 inches deep. The rack is made from heavy chrome-plated steel and features a square base to add stability. Each of the 10 shelves can hold as much as 6 pounds and has a clearance of 2 1⁄2 inches. The rack also holds pizza screens, separators, and more that range from 10 to 23 inches in diameter.
