Cambro CC32148 Description
Designed to minimize cross-contamination risks and unnecessary handling, the Cambro CC32148 Camcrisper® vegetable crisper accommodates 32 gallons of fresh produce. Operators can place produce into the bin, close the cart's sliding cover, and transport it to a walk-in cooler. This unit also lets operators wash and rinse vegetables in the bin so product doesn't have to be placed on potentially contaminated counters. A polycarbonate drain shelf built into the bin's bottom ensures ingredients are secured above standing water during rinsing.
Made of durable, seamless, single-wall polyethylene, the Cambro CC32148 vegetable crisper resists rust and corrosion and is simple to wipe clean. By using the transparent lid located on top of the unit, operators can track inventory and add ice. For smooth maneuvering, it's fitted with four 3-inch casters—the front swivel, and the rear are fixed. To fit through hallways and doorways, it measures 24 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 23 inches high.
