Great for low-volume flash freezing and reheating, the Cambro 64HP150 H-Pan™ sixth-size food pan has a 1.6-quart capacity. Its high-heat plastic construction is safe to use in cold storage and high-heat applications, resisting damage in temperatures between -40 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit. The material stays cool to the touch, protecting users from burns. Its interior is nonstick, so it maximizes yield and minimizes product waste. Because graduation marks in standard and metric measurements are integrated into the pan, it's easy for operators to perform inventory checks. Overall, this pan measures 6 15⁄16 inches long by 6 3⁄8 inches wide by 4 inches deep.
