The Cambro 64HP110 H-Pan™ food pan is made of high-heat plastic—material that withstands temperatures from -40 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. With this level of versatility, it can be used for flash freezing and reheating. The material also is dent and bend resistant, and its nonstick interior minimizes product waste and increases yield. To protect operators, the material stays cool to the touch in high-heat applications. It has a sixth-size configuration and measures 4 inches deep, so it can hold 1.6 quarts of food. Metric and standard graduated measurements are integrated into the pan, streamlining inventory management.
