The Cambro 60PPD190 Camwear® drain shelf strains unwanted liquids from Camwear food pans. Best for fruits, vegetables, and defrosting meat, the shelf’s open design drains condensation and other liquids to the bottom of the food pan, keeping foods dry and safe. Its structure helps reduce food waste and cross contamination. Made of polypropylene, this sturdy shelf can hold a variety of food items, and its position in the food pan hides stains and odors. Designed to be used between -40 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit, the shelf supports both cold and hot applications.
