Cambro VBR5186 Description
The Cambro VBR5186 Versa Food Bar® serving buffet's thick, CFC-free foam insulation helps preserve cool temperatures for as long as 4 hours. Designed for cold foods, this food bar holds as many as four full-size food pans or a wide range of food pans with maximum depths of 6 inches. Sneeze guards built above the food pans protect them from airborne particulates. The guards' clear structures ensure users and operators have a direct view of food. To simplify cleaning, a threaded faucet drain expels liquid safely.
To withstand impact during transport, the Cambro VBR5186 serving buffet is made of polyethylene that resists dents over time. This cart is fitted with 6-inch swivel casters that brake to facilitate maneuvering and stabilize it in place. Handles are molded into both ends of the cart so operators have control over steering. Because it measures 69 inches long by 42 1⁄2 inches wide by 62 3⁄4 inches high, it can be moved through a 36-inch doorway when its sneeze guards are folded down.
