Cambro VBR5110 Description
For salads, snacks, sandwiches, and drinks, the Cambro VBR5110 Versa Food Bar® serving buffet accommodates cold foods and preserves their temperature without ice or electricity. It's made with thick, CFC-free foam insulation to ensure food remains cold for as long as 4 hours. This 5-foot-long unit holds as many as four full-size food pans or variously sized food pans with maximum depths of 6 inches. To simplify draining and cleaning, this unit includes a drain faucet that connects to a hose.
To protect displayed foods from contaminants, sneeze guards are built into both sides of the Cambro VBR5110 serving buffet; because they're clear, users have a direct view of product. When the unit isn't in use, the guards can be folded down to save storage space. Made of all-weather polyethylene, this buffet station is durable and dent resistant, while its black coloring blends in with established themes. It's fitted with 6-inch casters to facilitate maneuvering, and molded-in handles on both sides increase operator control over steering. When its sneeze guards are folded down, this buffet can fit through a standard 36-inch doorway.
