Measuring 12 3⁄4 inches in length by 6 15⁄16 inches in width, this unit is made for covering third-size food pans. The food pan cover has a hinged design and comes in an amber color. It can tolerate temperatures as low as -40 degrees Fahrenheit and as high as 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
