Great for use in high-heat applications, the Cambro 20LPHPD150 H-Pan™ food pan drain shelf withstands temperatures from -40 to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. It covers a long, half-size food pan and removes liquid from product so it doesn’t get soggy. This unit has a nonstick surface to prevent food from attaching to it, and it's resistant to bending and denting. It's amber, making it useful for color coding, and it measures 20 7⁄8 inches long by 6 3⁄8 inches wide.
