Cambro 20LPHPC150 Description
The Cambro 20LPHPC150 H-Pan™ food pan cover resists bending and denting and withstands high-heat applications. This unit is safe for use within the temperature range of -40 to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and won't stick to food when it's covering a pan. To cover long, half-size food pans, it measures 20 7⁄8 inches long by 6 3⁄8 inches wide. Useful for color-coded applications, it's amber.
