Cambro 16HP150 Description
This high-heat plastic Cambro 16HP150 H-Pan™ food pan can be used in both extremely cold temperatures and high-heat holding. This material withstands temperatures from -40 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and stays cool to the touch to protect users from burns. This material also resists denting and bending; its nonstick interior increases food yields and reduces waste. With its full-size configuration and 6-inch depth, the pan has a 20.6-quart capacity. Standard and metric graduation marks are integrated into the sides for convenient inventory checks. Its uniform, 1⁄2-inch flange is compatible with standard prep table and food bar openings.
