The Dexter Russell 30407 iCut-PRO® bayonet fork features a 6-inch forged blade designed for securely lifting, turning, and holding meats during carving. Constructed of German stainless steel, the tines resist bending and maintain strength under pressure. Measuring 11 1⁄2 inches long, it provides reach while maintaining control. The Santoprene® handle offers a cushioned, nonslip grip that stays comfortable during extended use.

most useful tool I had never been using

I use it to hook saute pans off my crowded stove top. Pretty good for lifting pans out of the steam well. It also seems to stay put on my workstation. You know how tongs are notorious for walking off on their own.
