The Dexter Russell PS286-8C-PCP Sani-Safe® spatula's large, 8-inch by 3-inch blade is great for turning large orders of meat and vegetables on a grill. Perforations are integrated into the blade, draining excess grease, oil, and juices off the cooked product. The blade has an offset design that separates the user's hands from the hot grill surface. Made of rust-resistant stainless steel, this blade is durable. For comfort and slip resistance, the handle is constructed of textured polypropylene. It comes in blue to support operations that use a color-coded system.
