Dexter Russell S171PCP Description
Made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the Dexter Russell S171PCP Sani-Safe® mini turner’s blade measures 2 1⁄2 inches. Its small size is useful for removing cookies and brownies from a pan or for flipping shrimp on the grill. To resist the spread of germs and eliminate small crevices, the turner’s polypropylene handle and steel blade are joined together with an impervious seal that blocks microbes from entering. The handle is textured for an improved grip and the blade edge is precision ground so it can easily slide beneath product.
