With its 2 3⁄4-inch-diameter blade, it can slice through smaller pizza slices smoothly. The blade is constructed of high-carbon steel that doesn't stain over time. Really well made
it's a very high quality product. My only issue is after being in the dishwasher, there's a sort of metallic coating on the handle that gets on my hands but easily washed off. I'm thinking its a reaction with the detergent. So choose a plastic handle. I'd also recommend a larger diameter blade if thicker pizza is your preference. But otherwise great product.
feels wonderful in hand
For fifteen years of weekly use, this excellent quality pizza cutter has functioned very well. I particularly like its feel in my hand. The angle of the handle allows for excellent leverage and perfect weighting. The carbon steel blade permits the pizza being cut through very well the first time and never discolors. This is a lifetime and beyond useful well designed cutter.
