Dexter Russell LS8698 Description
Designed with a 20-inch overall length, the Dexter Russell LS8698 Traditional™ turner helps reduce direct contact with foods. Its handle, which is made of rosewood, provides a nonslip grip and is double riveted to maintain a solid connection to the blade. The blade is 8 inches long by 3 inches wide to effectively lift and flip various foods. Made of high-carbon, high-alloy stainless steel, it won't corrode or stain with high-volume use.
