Robot Coupe R101P Description
The Robot Coupe R101 combination vegetable prep machine and vertical cutter mixer combines the capabilities of two pieces of equipment in one. An included "S" blade cuts, chops, blends, and purées quickly and consistently. Two included discs let you also grate and slice vegetables and other soft products. A spacious 2 1⁄2-qt. bowl and two deep feed openings accommodate a number of different products, while the combination food processors small footprint takes up very little counter space
- Powerful 3⁄4-HP motor is fan cooled to resist overheating during periods of continuous use
- Spins at 1725 RPM for quick, consistent slicing, chopping, blending, and grating
- 2 1⁄2-qt. cutter bowl is equipped with clear lid so users can monitor the mixing process for optimum results

- 2 processing discs are included: a 2 mm grating disc and a 4 mm slicing disc
