Robot Coupe MP450COMBI Description
The Robot Coupe MP450COMBI handheld power mixer reduces the number of dishes that must be washed after meal preparation because it doesn't require operators to transfer product to another container for blending. Rather, users puree ingredients that are already in the pot used to cook them. Unlike standard blenders designed with blades that spin at the base of the bowl, power mixers have a blade attached to the end of a metal tube, which operators place in products for blending to a uniform, smooth finish.
Because the Robot Coupe MP450COMBI commercial power mixer has a maximum RPM of 10,000 for the blender and 1,500 for the whisk, it's optimal for quickly blending light ingredients. With its whisk attachment, this tool can be used to blend a pot full of soup, completely blending all ingredients due to its extended reach. The power mixer is great for blending soups and pureeing vegetables and fruits. This tool is designed for intensive use and its whisk function can be used to mix pancake batter and mashed potatoes. Its shaft, blades, and bell are made of stainless steel for enhanced strength.
