The Robot Coupe commercial power mixer has many features that make it an asset to any kitchen chef. This power mixer has a speed self-regulation system and has a removable foot and blade, which is a Robot Coupe exclusive. The new patented metal gear box protects all of the metal gears from stress and the foot is watertight sealed with a removable 3 blade configuration. This model has a whisk attachment, a 14 in. shaft and has variable speeds from 2300 to 10000 RPM (for the mixer attachment), and 500 to 1800 RPM (whisk attachment).
