The Robot Coupe CL52E 1 commercial food processor features a magnetic safety system with a motor brake to reduce the risk of injury during use. Its lateral ejection facility increases user comfort and conserves space on the countertop. To facilitate thorough cleaning, its continuous-feed lead can be removed. Overall, this unit measures 14 3⁄16 inches wide by 13 3⁄8 inches deep by 27 3⁄16 inches high.
Ideal for cutting and slicing a variety of products, the Robot Coupe CL52E 1 vegetable/cheese processor includes a 3-millimeter grating disc and a 3-millimeter slicing disc and operates at a rate of 425 RPM. Because its discharge plate is reversible, it can accommodate delicate produce. To endure high-volume use without sustaining damage from rust or corrosion, this unit's motor shaft and base are made of rugged stainless steel.
