This Robot Coupe countertop commercial food processor is a great addition to any restaurant's food prep line. Take half the work out of preparing vegetables, fruits and other ingredients. The stainless steel motor base was designed for long life and easy cleaning. This commercial food processor features an all metal construction for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance. This countertop food processor features two hoppers in one head. The full-moon hopper is used for cutting large vegetables and will accommodate whole heads of cabbage and lettuce. The other round hopper is used for cutting long or delicate vegetables, such as tomatoes and carrots. This commercial food processor also features a removable wall for superior cutting results and is highly recommended for potatoes and tomatoes slices. The patented magnetic safety system even stops the motor as soon as the larger hopper is opened, keeping your hands safe. This all metal food processor comes with two cast aluminum processing plates with steel cutting plates. The attractive, compact design uses just 14-1/2" x 12-7/16" of counter space.
