Robot Coupe CL50EULTRA Description
To cut, grate, and slice various products, the Robot Coupe CL50EULTRA commercial food processor operates at a speed of 425 RPM and comes with a 3-millimeter grating disc and a 3-millimeter slicing disc. It features a magnetic safety system with a motor brake to reduce the risk of injury. For durability to endure high-volume use, its motor base and shaft are made of stainless steel. This metal offers excellent rust and corrosion resistance and is simple to clean.
The Robot Coupe CL50EULTRA vegetable and cheese processor includes a vegetable prep attachment with one kidney-shaped hopper and one cylindrical hopper. To enable thorough cleaning, its continuous-feed lead is removable, and its discharge plate is reversible to accommodate delicate produce. It's designed with a lateral ejection facility to conserve space and increase operator comfort. Overall, this unit measures 14 3⁄4 inches wide by 13 1⁄2 inches deep by 23 7⁄16 inches high.

replaced a cook with a robot
i replaced a cook with this machine. takes hours of humping a cutting board and turns it into minutes of dicing fun. Buy every dice kit! It is for vegetables! No proteins! Struggled a little with dicing big sweet potatoes, but we'll figure out how to finesse it better. This thing is amazing!!!!
