The 829A-PLUS round manual slicer is gravity fed for uniform slicing. Its angled product table, removable meat pusher, and gauge plate interlock reduce strain on the operator’s hands and arms when slicing. The 14-inch, chromium-plated carbon steel knife can be used to slice meats, vegetables, cheese, or even frozen foods. Suitable for heavy use, this slicer is excellent in high-volume delis or sandwich shops, and its one-speed motor is fully enclosed and permanently lubricated for dependable use. A corner-free design enables complete sanitization of the unit.

An easy-grip adjustment knob enables precise infinite slice thickness, from finely shaved to 3⁄4-inch-thick cuts. The built-in, two-stone sharpening system ensures that the knife does not become dull or difficult to slice with. This slicer can be disassembled quickly with no tools required, reducing cleanup time in the kitchen. A permanent ring guard protects the user from the non-slicing area of the blade, even when the center plate is removed. The water-resistant power switch lights up for added safety.
