This Berkel 14" slicer will be the perfect large knife slicer for your busy restaurant. With its large product table, 14" knife and the spacious receiving platter you will be able to handle most foods, even oversized items. The 14" diameter knife has a hollow ground, hardened, and polished forged chromium-plated carbon sleek design. The built-in non-removable, top mounted, two-stone knife sharpener will ensure that your blade stays sharp and lasts you longer. The permanent, tapered knife ring guard covers the non-slicing portion of the knife even when the center plate is removed. The design of the ring guard on this slicer provides more room behind the knife for easier cleaning. The 1-speed, 1/2 HP knife motor is totally enclosed and permanently lubricated. The knife slicer disassembles quickly with no tools for fast and easy cleaning. The knife slicer finish is made of stainless steel and sanitary anodized aluminum. This knife slicer will give you precise slicing ability to a thickness of 19 mm. The positive, moisture protected rotary on/off switch and power indicator light make operation hassle-free.
