Jackson DELTA 5-E Description
In an hour, the Jackson DELTA 5-E low-temp undercounter dishwasher can clean (40) 20-inch by 20-inch racks, with each cycle, including the wash, rinse, and dwell, taking 90 seconds. Every rack uses 1.16 gallons of water, and the powerful wash pump is made of durable stainless steel. Using chemicals instead of extremely hot water to sanitize dishes during the rinse cycle, the unit is a low-temperature model. The heating element ensures the water is between 120 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
Made for dishes or glassware, the Jackson DELTA 5-E underbar glass washer has an 11 1⁄2-inch-tall dish clearance and accommodates 20-inch racks. Using an electromechanical controller, the unit is user friendly to control and has a swing-out design for accessibility. Operators can track the dishwasher's temperature on the dial gauge.
