Its 17 1⁄4-inch interior chamber accommodates two dishracks as well as large utensils, pots, pans, bowls, and trays. Upper and lower stainless steel wash and rinse arms ensure consistency and can be interchanged or removed as needed. For streamlined operation, this unit automatically starts the wash cycle once its door is shut, and staff can manage elapsed time, deliming, water temperature, and chemical levels on the top-mounted control panel.
