The Jackson AJ-86CE AJ-86 Vision high-temperature conveyor dishwasher integrates adjustable bullet feet that compensate for floor irregularities, ensuring stable positioning in high-traffic setups. Made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, its 102-inch-long by 25-inch-wide by 75 1⁄2-inch-high body endures constant heat and moisture exposure without warping. Through the 25-inch opening, racks move along an Adjust-A-Peak™ conveyor that shifts travel speed to match soil load and rack density. Its electric, dual-tank design splits wash and power rinse cycles to create defined stages that handle 287 racks per hour.
The Jackson AJ-86CE dishwasher features a 22-inch recirculating prewash that captures and redistributes water to break down debris. EnergyGuard™ controls maintain tank heat and minimize active draw, while self-draining pumps purge residual water during shutdown. An automatic cleaning setting rinses the interior at the end of service, and 8-inch vent cowls with a splash shield pair with vent fan control to direct steam away from the chamber.
