Paderno 11109-50 Description
The Paderno 11109-50 Grand Gourmet braising pot has a low, wide design that enables quick dispersion of steam, ideal for foods to be poached and seared. It is constructed of stainless steel with a polished interior and exterior and a mirror finish along the edges. The bottom is constructed of aluminum in between two layers of stainless steel, and it is concave when cold and flattens when hot for even heat distribution. To ensure this unit can be used on induction ranges, it has a thermo-radiant design. It can be safely handled since the stainless steel handles are hollow, enabling them to be cool to the touch.
