Perfection in aethestics and usability
I bought this to store bread flour in and found I was able to fill it with 4 lbs of flour with a little shaking and tapping to settle the flour. The wide mouth works wonderfully for my flour scoop and the lid seals very nicely. I'm considering another one for my kitchen.
