Univex SRM80+ Description
The Univex SRM80+ planetary mixer has four fixed speeds and can operate at any speed in between the fixed settings. Its 80-quart bowl is made of stainless steel and has an ergonomic lift with a hand crank, while the two-piece safety guard keeps operators safe by restricting operation if it is not place. Throughout the mixing process, the bowl scraper removes ingredients that are stuck on the sides of the bowl. Operators can set the 15-minute timer and perform other tasks while waiting for the mixing to conclude.
This Univex SRM80+ planetary mixer has a No. 12 hub that accommodates several compatible attachments that are included. A dough hook enables mixing of bread dough and other heavy ingredients that need to be folded, stretched, and kneaded. Its batter beater mixes, creams, and mashes food with a medium consistency, while the wire whip incorporates air into light ingredients.
