Univex SL250RB Description
The Univex SL250RB spiral mixer can be implemented in pizzerias, bagel shops, and high-volume bakeries. Its bowl, spiral dough hook, and shaft are made of stainless steel—a rust- and corrosion-resistant metal that's simple to clean. The bowl can be removed to further streamline cleaning. When its top is open, this floor model measures 52 7⁄8 inches wide by 89 7⁄8 inches deep by 76 1⁄2 inches high.
To optimize performance while minimizing disruptive noise, the Univex SL250RB commercial dough mixer features a quiet and powerful belt-driven motor and electromagnetic bowl locking system. It offers two speed options of 95 and 190 RPM and has corresponding digital timers for each setting. This unit features a 550-pound dough capacity and a 370-quart bowl; to ensure safe operation, its safety switches protect against injury when the bowl's lid is open.
