The Star UMSA48 plate shelf fits on an Ultra-Max charbroiler or griddle. Its shelf extends the front of the unit, separating the operator from hot components while providing a place to plate finished dishes. Since the shelf is made of stainless steel, it is durable and resistant to rusting.
