The Star ES-UM1854 equipment stand elevates the UM1854 Ultra-Max® conveyer oven to a comfortable working height. A built-in 1-inch lip in the top prevents the oven from sliding off the rear or sides. The integrated bottom shelf stabilizes the unit and provides storage space while casters support movement when necessary.
